Borgel Elementbau’s continued growth during the pandemic meant that the high level of training could be further strengthened, as it had been in previous years. Especially in economically tense situations such as the current Corona pandemic, Borgel Elementbau attaches particular importance to giving young people a professional perspective and at the same time strengthening the company through self-trained skilled workforce. Despite the special distance and hygiene regulations, we were able to give the new apprentices, Elias Schräer and Steffen Tschöke, a largely normal start on 01st of August 2021.
At the start of their training as industrial clerk and technical system planner specialising in steel and metal construction technology, Elias Schräer and Steffen Tschöke received a practical introduction into the company. Elias Schräer helped out on a construction site for a trial week and Steffen Tschöke drew his first workpieces with the BricsCAD drawing programme. In the course of their training, the apprentices go through all the areas relevant to them and are introduced to independent work at an early stage. Project work, in-house trainings and personal support from the qualified specialist instructors at Borgel Elementbau complete the overall training package.
Due to the continuing positive business development, Borgel Elementbau offers also in the future very good chances of being taken on and subsequent development opportunities for trainees. The company management wishes the trainees every success and looks forward to working with them.
