Borgel Elementbau is an expanding and internationally successful company in industrial and commercial construction in the northern Münsterland region not far from Osnabrück. As a well-known partner, we plan and realise projects with roof and wall systems in lightweight steel construction.
Your tasks
- Supervision of national and international projects with the main focus of activity at the company headquarters in Münsterland.
- Project planning (deadlines, budget, purchase of materials, assembly and delivery services)
- Project control (assembly supervision, construction meetings, quality and cost controlling)
- Project completion (construction acceptance and invoice verification)
- Contact person for clients, architects, authorities, companies, tradesmen
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Experience as site manager or as project manager
- Competence in industrial construction
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Independent working style, assertiveness and good ability to work under pressure
- High level of commitment
- Interest in projects at home and abroad
- Knowledge of English desirable
