We would like to congratulate our Anna Savkina on her professional qualification as an industrial clerk, which she successfully passed with the highest grade of “very good”. It is particularly noteworthy that this top result was achieved at the same time as a voluntary shortening of the training period and autonomous acquisition of the learning contents. We are pleased that Anna, as a “freshly graduated” industrial clerk, will continue to work in the team at Borgel Elementbau in the future. She will support the project and construction managers as a central “compliance specialist” with a full document service in several languages for Germany and abroad.

In our company training concept, it always plays a role in which area a trainee shows his or her strengths. Often these are precisely the areas that the trainee enjoys the most. After passing through all departments of the company, in most cases a specialisation takes place at the latest in the 3rd year of the apprenticeship – often with a subsequent employment in the favoured area.
