Hand in hand for a successful future

Wolfgang Borgel, founder of Borgel Elementbau GmbH, steps down from the management of the company after 23 years of company management on 31.03.2022. With a view to securing the future, Wolfgang Borgel had already offered his sons Sven and Niels the opportunity to join the company and the generational change in company management a few years ago. In the meantime, the two sons have acquired the necessary qualifications for the task ahead through their studies and a great amount of practical experience.

Starting 01.04.2022, Sven and Niels Borgel will join the management board of Borgel Elementbau GmbH and lead the company together with managing director Stefan Wagener. Wolfgang Borgel will remain with the company as a consultant and continue to support sales.

The three managing directors share the following areas of responsibility: Stefan Wagener is responsible for the operational area, Niels Borgel is in charge of the commercial management and Sven Borgel is in charge of sales.

We hope that you will continue to give us your trust in the new constellation as before. Together we assure you that we will continue to guarantee the good cooperation we have enjoyed so far.
