A Special Farewell

On May 29, 2026, we came together to celebrate the retirement of Wolfgang Borgel, the founder of Borgel Elementbau. It was an emotional day filled with wonderful encounters, memorable moments, and heartfelt surprises.

When Wolfgang founded Borgel Elementbau in 1998, he laid the foundation for the company we are today. With entrepreneurial vision, outstanding dedication, and tireless commitment, he built the company from the ground up and successfully developed it over many years. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and values continue to shape Borgel Elementbau and will remain an important part of our company’s history for many years to come.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day reflected the deep appreciation Wolfgang has earned over the years from employees, long-time companions, customers, suppliers, family, and friends. Together, we looked back on many special memories and celebrated his remarkable contribution to the company.
After an eventful program featuring numerous highlights, the celebrations continued in the evening at the beach party in Ibbenbüren. Even the changing weather could not dampen the spirits. We laughed, celebrated, and raised a glass to the many wonderful years we have shared.

All in all, it was a truly memorable day that everyone in attendance will remember for years to come.

Dear Wolfgang, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your courage, your vision, and your unwavering dedication. You built Borgel Elementbau from the ground up and, through your commitment, created a company that we are all proud to be part of today. We wish you good health, happiness, and many wonderful moments as you begin this new chapter of your life.
