Hand in hand for a successful future
Wolfgang Borgel, founder of Borgel Elementbau GmbH, is stepping down from the management of the company on 31.03.2022 after 23 years in charge. With a view to securing the future, Wolfgang Borgel had already offered his sons Sven and Niels the opportunity to join the company and the generational change in the company management a few years ago. In the meantime, the two sons have acquired the necessary tools for the task ahead with their studies and a lot of practical experience.
As of 01.04.2022, Sven and Niels Borgel will join the management of Borgel Elementbau GmbH and run the company together with Managing Director Stefan Wagener. Wolfgang Borgel will remain with the company as a consultant and continue to support sales.
The three managing directors share the following areas of responsibility: Stefan Wagener is in charge of operations, Niels Borgel is responsible for commercial management and Sven Borgel is in charge of sales.
