Successful graduation as industrial clerk with top grades
We would like to congratulate our Anna Savkina on her vocational qualification as an industrial clerk, which she successfully passed with the top grade of "very good". It is particularly noteworthy that this top result was achieved at the same time as a voluntary shortening of the training period and independent acquisition of the learning content. We are pleased that Anna, as a "freshly graduated" industrial clerk, will continue to work in the team at Borgel Elementbau in the future. She will support the project and construction managers as a central "compliance specialist" with a full document service in several languages for Germany and abroad.
In our company training concept, it always plays a role in which area of application a trainee shows his or her strengths. Often it is precisely these areas that the trainee enjoys the most. After passing through all departments of the company, a specialization takes place in most cases at the latest in the 3rd year of the apprenticeship - often with a subsequent employment in the favored area. Our company training concept is as flexible as our approach to project implementation - with a focus on the best result.
