Project and Team Leader Workshop in February 2024
Once again this year, we actively strive for further development and reflect on intense days within the circle of our dedicated project and team leaders. Building on the cultural analysis from the previous year, we conducted a joint workshop in Münster to actively enhance the effectiveness of our execution processes and continuously improve team communication. In this context, we familiarized ourselves particularly with agile methods to further optimize our workflow. Together, we developed ideas and goals, laying the groundwork for even better teamwork, which we will sustainably advance by involving our project and team leaders.
