Your tasks
- Coordination and control of works for the construction of building envelopes in lightweight metal construction
- Local supervision of construction sites in the Frankfurt area
- Coordination and scheduling of subcontractors
- Disposition of material and machines
- Support in the invoicing of construction work
- Responsibility for work safety on the construction site
- Close cooperation with the project manager
- Participation in construction meetings
- Deployment on construction sites throughout Europe
Your profile
- Experience in construction management, preferably in industrial and commercial construction
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- Independent working style, assertiveness, and high resilience
- Willingness to travel all over Europe 100%
- German B2 (independent use of language)
English knowledge B1 (advanced language use)
